GEPRC Vapor: Two 5-Inch Platforms for 8S FPV
Choose a Vapor X5 or D5 platform with GEPRC SPEEDX2 2207 1570KV motors, GEMFAN 51477 propellers and a TAKER F722 8S flight controller. Six configurations let experienced builders compare WTFPV, O4 Pro PNP and O4 Pro ELRS packages.
Plan your video and radio equipment before your next build session. The source marks the O4 Pro specifications and ELRS receiver as Not Installed, so these packages should not be assumed to arrive fully assembled or ready to bind and fly.
Choose Your Configuration
- X5-8S-WTFPV-PNP: X5 platform with no receiver selected. The WTFPV specification does not list an included video transmitter or camera; confirm the video-hardware exclusions before ordering.
- D5-8S-WTFPV-PNP: D5 counterpart with the same video and receiver checks required.
- X5-8S-O4-Pro-PNP: X5 O4 Pro-designated package, without a receiver selected. The source lists O4 Pro video module, camera and antenna but marks the section Not Installed; confirm supplied parts and assembly requirements.

The detailed specification lists XT60, while every selectable option says No plug. Confirm whether a battery connector or cable is supplied, loose or installed. Do not assume a finished power connection. Verify voltage compatibility throughout the complete build before connecting an 8S pack.
Flight-Time Expectations
The source lists approximately 12 minutes in slow-cruise testing. This is not a guaranteed freestyle duration; battery capacity, flying style, hardware weight and conditions affect results. A barometer does not establish GPS, obstacle avoidance or autonomous return-to-home capability.
